We have a total of 46 injection moulding machines ranging from 80T - 1000T of various makes like Ferromatik Milacron, PASL, L&T amongst others. We have machines with varied features. These features can be used in typical applications.
- For PVC moulding we have machines having special quality of screw barrel and L by D ratio.
- We have Ram type locking machines for slider type container moulds.
- We have converted vertical locking vertical injection rotary table machines into special purpose machines for ball cages manufacturing. We have designed special moulds to achieve high productivity with quality consistency.
- High injection pressure machines are used for components having thin wall thickness.
